Phase distribution of transparent object can be recovered from a measured Fraunhofer diffraction pattern by using the Fourier iterative algorithms. In order to achieve phase restoration accurately, we applied a photon imaging detector which enables to detect the Fraunfofer diffraction pattern to higher orders.
