Optical chaos communications with semiconductor laser has been studied by experiments and numerical simulations based on the rate equation. In the case where the transmitter and receiver are on synchronization with caos, there is a possibility for outsiders to receive the message. In this paper, we propose a new digital communication scheme with optical chaotic semiconductor laser, which offers simple secure comminication keeping the merit of optical chaos.
