We numerically analyze the chaotic scheme for message encoding/decoding by using LD-transmitter/receiver array, and show that the communication in the present scheme by using the proper modulation depth of the injection current can be achievedmore intensively to the channel noise than that in the conventional chaotic modulation scheme.
