We propose a a method of blind recovery for images degraded by shift variant PSF. The prsent method is based on AD/SA algorithm modified with series segmentation and is greatly improved with the application of neural network model. We successfully obtained fairly good results of blind recovery and confirmed the feasiblity of the proposed method.
