Wave-front aberrations in human eye are generally evaluated by using Zernike polynomials. We have already reported the feasibility of the new measurement metod of wave-front aberration in human eye using 2-deimensional grating and Fourier analysis. In this study, we show that defocus (Zernike term 5) and other aberrations (other Zernike terms) can be treated separately by this method.
