We investigate the power branch ratio at T- and L-structure of waveguide in metal nano particle chain for each coupled plasmon mode based on the coupled dipole method. As a result, contrary to the expectation from prior studies, we have found that the power branch ratio varies greatly with mode because the dipole moment of the particle is approximately zero at the branch point as well as at the L-corner point.
