Abstract: The feasibility of blind deconvolution for image deblurring is discussed based on the zero-sheet concept, and the Fourier iterative algorithm is explained in detail because it's very effective for blind deconvolution problems. Some efforts made recently in the author's laboratory to apply the algorithm to practical cases are introduced along with the generalization to shift variant cases, the application of Wavelet analysis and so on.
